Keyword in the title tag

The title meta tag is one of the strongest signals for a search engine. Furthermore the title is the first what the user sees from an article. The title itself says in few words what the article is about. Last but not least search engines use the title for the headline which is displayed in the SERPs.

Which page ranks better?

This one having the keyword at the start of the title or the page having the keyword closer to the end of the title tag?

According to some statistics, pages which have the title be placed at the start of the title rank usually better than those pages having the keyword(s) closer to the end of the title tag.
